Bank cels are cels that are used over and over again during the series to save time when the animators wanted to use the same sequence. Bank cels are particularly common in Sailor Moon as there are not just the openings, eyecatches and endings, but also the henshins (transformation) and attacks of the senshi. Even though bank cels range high in number, finding them can be rather difficult and can cost a pretty penny or two for certain rare scenes.
